Session description
Join us for a conversation that pulls back the curtain on one of the most important relationships in the local church, between lead pastors and worship pastors. We’ll explore the real dynamics that shape worship culture, the tensions that often go unspoken, and how strong foundations are built for health, trust, and long-term partnership. This session points toward a better way of leading together with clarity, freedom, and shared trust. There will be space for Q&A too!
